Yesterday, I told y'all I might be getting a place with an actual yard, and I am SO excited. I haven't had a yard in like eight years. Even though I'm still looking around Montrose and the Arts District, I'm ready to experience the yard life again. I've been a stoop girl for far too long!

Holiday decorations aside, I've also been thinking about adopting a doggy or maybe fostering! Which brings me to BARC-O-Ween on October 31 at BARC Animal Shelter. They're waiving adoption fees for all pets, plus there'll be costumes, trunk-or-treating, and Halloween treats. Imagine leaving a Halloween party with your new best friend.

I would literally cry.

And speaking of adorable dogs, we're giving away tickets to Bluey's Big Play at Smart Financial Centre at Sugar Land on April 4! Got a little Bluey fan in your life? Enter to win this for them.*
