I need the Halloween lovers to hear me out before they start yelling at me. I know there's some weird, decades-long rivalry between Halloween people and Christmas people, but I'm about to sign a lease on a place with an actual yard, and suddenly all I can think about is decorating it. I've been dreaming about this moment.

Please allow me to have it.

The only downside is that I'm moving in after Halloween, so I won't get to decorate for spooky season. But honestly? The moment those keys hit my hand in mid-November, I'm turning that place into a winter wonderland. Give me warm lights, cozy blankets, and some cinnamon candles.

And while we're on the subject of getting into the holiday spirit, we're giving away a 4-pack of tickets to A Magical Cirque Christmas at Smart Financial Centre at Sugar Land on December 8! Put your name in the hat because I'm clearly not waiting until December to start celebrating.
