Houston, WHAT a weekend. I feel like there were approximately 400 things happening at once, so please tell me where you ended up. I spent mine festival hopping in jellies because they looked cute with my outfit. The result? Hardcore blisters and feet tan lines that may never leave me. Was it worth it? Unfortunately, yes. 😭

Now onto your chance to make better decisions than me. The Coogs are back at TDECU Stadium! 🏈 University of Houston takes on Oklahoma State on Saturday, October 17 at 7 PM. We’re giving away a pair of tickets, so enter for your chance to spend Saturday night cheering on Houston!*

Losing Weight Is Easier When Someone’s Watching

Have you ever noticed that the microsecond you start attempting to parallel park, a person materializes out of thin air and begins watching you? It makes it a lot harder. Losing weight is kinda the exact opposite of this, and there’s a study that backs it up: Weight Watchers members who attend 3 workshops per month lose more than twice as much weight as those who attend only 1 workshop per month*. The Core+ plan opens the door to 3,000+ Workshops, virtual and in person, and a community that genuinely cheers you on. Their Points®️ system also guides you toward nutrient-dense choices while leaving total flexibility for the foods you love. Right now, new and rejoining members get 50% off their first month with code WWSAVE50 on a Core or Core+ plan^, on top of current sign-up promotions.*

LOCALS ONLY

• Fall has definitely arrived, and we have your guide. After a warm weekend, Houston is expecting more humidity and scattered showers this week. However, a cold front could arrive Friday or Saturday, potentially bringing cooler temperatures and drier air.

• Harris County Precinct 4 took 61 Flock cameras offline amid privacy concerns. The decision has sparked debate among residents about surveillance, public safety, and how collected information is used.
